At LOEVS, each product is created and packed in small batches. Because fragrance is a personal product, we limit returns to ensure quality and safety for all customers.
Returns
We accept returns only if the item is unopened and unused, with the original packaging intact.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
If the product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept a return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped using USPS. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
